Why are the System Changes or Updates not saving?

When updates — such as entering delivery times, assigning drivers, or adding customer profiles — don’t appear to save in PortPro, it may be due to the device’s time settings being out of sync.


Recommended Action:

  • Open Date and Time Settings in Windows/ Mac

  • Enable Set time automatically

  • Click Sync now under Synchronize your clock

  • Ensure the device is connected to the Internet Time Server

Keeping system time accurate helps ensure all changes are saved properly in PortPro. After syncing the clock, updates should begin saving as expected.
