Truck Object – Custom Report Template Fields

The Truck Object in custom reporting provides detailed data related to the trucks managed within the fleet. 

Below is a complete list of available fields when generating a custom report using the Truck Object template.

Identification & Administrative Details

• Truck # – Unique identifier assigned to the truck.

• License Plate # – License plate number registered for the vehicle.

• VIN – Vehicle Identification Number.

• AID – Last Annual Inspection Date

• RFID – Radio Frequency Identification number (if applicable).

• License State – State where the truck is registered.

• Fleet Owner – The fleet owner responsible for the truck.

• Branch – Associated office or operational branch.

• Profile Created Date – Date the truck profile was created in the system.

• External ID – External system reference for integrations or third-party use.

Usage & Operational Configuration

• Use for Pre-Appts – Indicates if the truck is enabled for use in pre-appointments.

• ELD – Electronic Logging Device assigned to the truck.

• Odometer – Recorded mileage on the truck.

Registration & Compliance

• Registration – Registration details 

• Inspection – General inspection status or due date.

• Annual Inspection – Date of the most recent annual DOT inspection.

• Bobtail Insurance – Verification of bobtail insurance coverage.
