The Driver Object in custom reporting enables customers to generate detailed reports on driver activity, settlements, and operational metrics. This object is commonly used for payroll reconciliation, performance monitoring, and compliance tracking.
Below is a list of all available fields when creating a custom report using the Driver Object template.
Settlement & Pay Details
Driver Name – Full name of the driver.
Settlement # – Unique identifier for the settlement batch.
Settlement Date – Date the settlement was processed.
Settlement Start Period – Start date of the settlement period.
Settlement End Period – End date of the settlement period.
Driver Pay – Total gross pay amount.
Total Deductions – Sum of all applicable deductions.
Tax Amount – Taxes withheld during the settlement.
Net Pay – Final amount paid after taxes and deductions.
Load & Movement Metrics
Total Loads – Total number of loads completed by the driver.
Total Moves – Total container or chassis moves.
Legs – Number of events within moves.
Distance – Total miles driven during the settlement period.
Total Hours – Hours worked within the period.
Truck # – Identifier for the driver’s assigned truck.
Total Days – Total days worked within the settlement period.
Loads/Day – Average number of loads completed per day.
Clock-In/Out & Time Tracking
Date DDD
Clock In/Out Action – Clock In or Clock Out
Time In/Out –
Duration Worked – Time worked
Location of Clocked In/Clocked Out – Recorded location or terminal name of the action.
Administrative Details
Profile Created Date – The date the driver profile was created in the system.
External ID – External reference ID used for integrations or third-party systems.
