APM terminal has security settings that require PortPro to have unique credentials not used by anyone. In order for the system to secure appointments and take screenshots, two sets of usernames and passwords are needed.
To add new users, log in to https://termpoint.apmterminals.com/ then go to Users & Groups - Manage Users on the left hand navigation.
From here, click Add a new user in the top right corner.
From here, add a login ID that will not be used by any employees. Be sure to use a real email as this is how you can set and reset the password.
In PortPro, go to Settings - Tracking & Appointments - Container Tracking Credentials and click the pencil icon next to the port market to enter the credentials. Be sure APM Appointment Scheduling and Appointment ScreenShot are NOT identical.
