Understanding Billed vs. Invoiced Loads

Clarifies why the Billed Loads card in the Billing tab may differ from the Invoiced total in the Invoices tab.

Under Accounts Receivable → Billing, the Billed Loads card shows the total number of loads that have been billed.

This total may differ from what you see under the Invoices tab → Invoiced Amount because:

  • The Invoices tab includes both Invoiced Loads and Paid Loads.

  • The Billed total on the Billing card reflects the combined total of both Invoiced + Paid loads.

To reconcile: Add together the totals from the Invoiced and Paid cards under the Invoices tab. The result should match the Billed total in the Billing dashboard.
