General Template Settings

| + Add (Button) | Creates a new appointment template. |
| Template Name | A customizable name used to identify the template’s purpose (e.g., Morning Pickups, LFD Returns). |
| Pick Up Apt. | Indicates the template is for pickup appointments. |
| Return Apt. | Indicates the template is for return appointments. |
| Import / Export | Specifies whether the appointment is for imported or exported containers. |
| Use this template on a background basis | Enables Rule-Based Automation, allowing the system to apply the template automatically. |
Booking Preferences & Automation Fields

| Relative to Last Free Day (LFD) | Schedules appointments based on the container’s Last Free Day to help avoid storage fees. |
| Relative to Delivery Apt | Books appointments in alignment with scheduled delivery times. |
| Relative to Per Diem LFD | Sets appointments based on when per diem fees begin, helping to minimize charges. |
| Relative to Cut Off | Ensures appointments are booked before a specific cutoff time (e.g., warehouse closing). |
| First Available Appointment | Automatically selects the earliest available appointment slot. |
Time & Day Preferences

| Time Preferences | Defines preferred time ranges for appointment booking (e.g., 6 AM – 9 AM). |
| Time Bucket | Categorizes time slots into groups such as Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. |
| Priority | Marks a preferred time slot to be prioritized during booking. |
| Fall Back | Enables alternative time slot selection if the preferred option is unavailable. |
| Day Preferences | Sets how many days in advance to book an appointment (e.g., 3 days before LFD). |
