What is the Difference Between My Dates and Carrier Dates?

In the load information section, there are two date categories: Carrier Dates and My Dates.

The My Dates section is intended to preserve the broker’s original dates in case there are discrepancies with the carrier-entered dates.
When the carrier (trucking company) updates the Carrier Dates, these updates will automatically carry over to My Dates by default.

If the broker needs to use different dates, they can enter them in the My Dates section while keeping the original Carrier Dates unchanged.

These dates will be visible to the broker's customer on both the Customer Portal and invoices, if enabled in:
Settings > Account Setup > Document Designer > Customer Dates.
