How to Use the Chassis Audit Tool

  1. Download the Example CSV
Begin by downloading the sample CSV file located in the top right corner of the Chassis Audit page. This file provides the required format and field structure needed for a successful upload.

  2. Fill in the Relevant Data
Open the CSV file and enter the appropriate data for each load, including expected charges and any other relevant information. Ensure that all fields are populated accurately and consistently to allow for proper comparison during the audit process.

  3. Upload the Formatted CSV
Once the CSV file is completed, upload it using the designated upload area within the Chassis Audit interface. The system will process the file and compare the input data against actual load data.

  4. Review the Audit Results
After processing, the system will display the audit results. Each row will show a comparison between:

    • The values entered in the CSV

    • The actual values from the loads

  5. These differences will be color-coded to highlight discrepancies:

    • Green indicates that the client was charged less than the value entered in the CSV.

    • Red indicates that the client was charged more than the value entered in the CSV.

This visual comparison helps quickly identify potential billing issues or variances, allowing for timely review and adjustment if necessary.
