Where on a Carrier Rate Confirmation can the delivery appointment times be placed when sending it?

As long as the load has a delivery appointment set and the delivery time is selected in the document, it should automatically pull into the Carrier Rate Confirmation. Users do not need to manually enter the time on the document—just ensure the appointment is scheduled in the load, and the field is checked in the document designer to display it.
