How to Generate a POD for Yard Moves (e.g., Yard Drop)

Overview

In PortPro, a Proof of Delivery (POD) is typically required only for delivery moves. For other move types, such as yard drops, the system will still present a POD screen in the Driver App, but drivers have the option to skip it.

When Is a POD Required?

A POD is only mandatory for delivery events, if the requirement is enabled under:
Driver Profiles > Mobile Permissions
For non-delivery moves (like yard transfers), the POD screen will appear in the app, but:
- The driver can tap "Skip"
- The move will still complete without POD capture
