Purpose and Functionality of the "Attach Report" Feature

The "Attach Report" feature allows users to automatically generate a Wait Time report and attach it to the Documents tab of a load. This report is saved as a "Wait Time" document and provides a detailed overview of driver activity, including wait time and location history.


Key Functions:

  • Automatically generates a report based on data from the dashboard.

  • Includes a screenshot of the Tracking tab, showing the driver's location at key event points.

  • Offers a comprehensive view of the driver’s timeline and movement, making it easier to track and analyze delays or progress.

Access and Downloading:

If the report cannot be downloaded, it may not have been generated or attached yet. To download it:

  1. Use the "Attach Report" button to generate and attach the report to the load.

  2. Once attached, the document will be available for download from the Documents tab.

This feature simplifies reporting, enhances visibility into load activity, and provides a reliable record for internal use or sharing with customers and partners.
