What are the reasons loads appear in the Problem Containers list?

Modified on Thu, 29 May at 11:47 AM

Reasons a load may appear under the 'Problem Containers' tab:

  • Invalid Username or Password: The username or password in the Ports profile inside PortPro needs to be updated.

  • Unable to Check Port’s Site: The system can’t track the container because there’s no data available on the port’s website.

  • Container Info Not Found:

    • If the container’s ETA is more than 5 days away and there’s no tracking data, it won’t show here.

    • If the ETA is within 5 days and no tracking data is found, it will appear here.

  • Loads in Demurrage: Loads past their Last Free Day (today’s date is after the Last Free Day) show here.

  • Loads in Per Diem: Loads past the Cut and Return day (today’s date is after the Cut/Return day) show here.

If none of these reasons apply but loads still appear in the 'Problem Containers' tab, please contact the PortPro Customer Support Team for help.
