Template Configuration Options
Template Types
Select from Import or Export, and Pickup or Return, depending on the nature of the appointment.Booking Delay
Set a delay period (e.g., 1 hour) before automated appointment booking begins, allowing time for status updates or load preparation.Weekend Booking
Enable this option to allow the system to book appointments on weekends, where applicable.Hold Containers
Activate this setting to permit appointment booking even if a container is currently on hold.Missed Appointments
Automatically reschedule appointments that were missed, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
