A: The agent retrieves data directly from the PortPro platform in real-time, so the information is as accurate as what appears in the main platform.


Q: Can the agent make changes to data?
A: The agent’s ability to modify data is limited to specific actions explicitly requested, such as updating a load status. It cannot make changes without direct instruction.


Q: What happens if the agent doesn't understand a question?
A: If the agent does not understand a question, it will ask for clarification. Rephrasing the question or providing more context can help improve understanding.


Q: Is there a limit to how many questions can be asked?
A: There is no specific limit to the number of questions. However, very long conversations may be automatically ended after a period of inactivity.


Q: Can the agent be used on a mobile device?
A: Yes, the AI Chat Agent is accessible through the PortPro platform on any device with a web browser, including smartphones and tablets.


Q: How is a table downloaded as a CSV file?
A: When the agent displays a table, a Download button appears next to it. Click this button to save the data as a CSV file.

A: Yes. When the Email button is clicked, the agent will prompt for additional recipients. Multiple email addresses can be provided, separated by commas.

A: Use the search field at the top of the left-hand panel to search across all conversations. Type in keywords related to the needed information.

A: The agent can perform various calculations, including sums, averages, counts, grouping, and simple projections. For more complex analysis, the data can be downloaded and processed using specialized tools.
