What are the reasons the TIR did not generate for a load?

If enhanced container tracking is enabled but the system does not retrieve a Terminal Interchange Receipt (TIR) after a container has been outgated or ingated, please follow these steps:

  • Verify Routing Details: Ensure the load’s routing includes the correct ingate and outgate locations.

  • Check Load Information Dates: Confirm that the Ingate Date and Outgate Date fields are accurately populated in the Load Info section under Dates.

  • Confirm Tracking Credentials: Navigate to Settings > Container Tracking and verify that the credentials for the relevant port or rail provider are properly connected.

  • Validate TIR Availability: Check the respective port or rail provider’s website to confirm whether a TIR is available for the container.

If all the above steps have been verified and the issue remains unresolved, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
